Handheld cloud-cover scanner from Project Phaethon. Point your phone at the sky, capture one to three frames with compass and location, and get an on-device cloud-cover verdict.

Results can be compared with the nearest airport METAR station when GPS is available. This is a standalone experiment — not part of Solton farm production operations.

Camera and compass require HTTPS. On the public site, classify requires an invite token from the project team.
